Home Networking We will set up and configure your home computer’s wireless network connection with your ISP, connect a wireless router, update router firmware and enable wireless encryption. *Onsite travel fee $100.00 required. Install & Setup We will come to your home or office and add a computer component to your PC setup. We will install an internal or external PC component, such as a graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, MP3 player, printer or scanner, and configure it. *Onsite travel fee $100.00 required. FAQ'S

Q. I have completed my service ticket, how long does it take to process?

A. Once you have submitted your service ticket request, a representative will be in contact with you within one business day either by phone or email. Depending on the service type, your appointment for drop off or onsite services will be scheduled according to our existing schedule. When the customer service representative calls you back; the scheduled day and time will be relayed to you.

Q. Why does your company require a non-refundable travel fee? Is this fee applied to the actual service?

A. A travel fee is required for all onsite services. This fee covers travel expenses and also applies to locking in an appointment and paperwork associated to come to your home or place of business. This charge is considered earned fees and is non-refundable unless you cancel your onsite service 24 hours prior to a technician arriving onsite. This fee is not applied to actual service fees. All service fees will be due upon completion of your requested service.

Q. What if I am not sure what kind of repair service I actually need?

A. Either way our company charges flat rate repair fees. These fees take care of all associated repair request and diagnostics. If parts are required or software; these items are not covered under the service fees and you will be advised by the technician of required parts or software needed. At this point and time; you will be required to obtain these parts or software from your local computer store. We do not sell parts or software.

Q. What happens if you locate the problem; but the cost is too much to repair because of parts or software and I don't want to continue with the repair service? Are you still going to charge me?

A. If the cost to successfully repair your equipment goes beyond your budget and you decide you do not want us to fulfill the repair request, yes you still will be charged the service fee. This fee becomes a diagnostic charge for the time spent on your equipment and usually is a $50.00 charge.

Q. What happens if I schedule onsite services with your company, pay the travel fee of $100.00; however the technician is unable to complete the repair? Do I get my money back?

A. If our technician is unable to fulfill a service request at your home or business, it is usually because of an invalid configuration in your home with the equipment either being faulty or incompatible and/or replacement of certain equipment is needed. Our technicians are not at fault for this and we are only basing our visit on your initial complaint. Again our establishment does not sell parts or software and if parts or software are required, the technician will advise you of the necessary items. You will not get a refund for the travel and processing fee of $100.00 because again this fee is for travel and appointment scheduling purposes and considered fees earned; however you will not be charged the actual service fees if repairs are unsuccessful. Prior to your scheduled service or filling out the service ticket, advise the customer service representative of the problems that you are having; a technician may advise you the problems appear to be with the configuration of your equipment and does not warrant a response from our company.
